Refund policy

Returns for wrong size, damaged goods or manufacturing imperfections (other than paddles and racquets) are permitted within 15 days of purchase, and the full cost of the purchase will be credited to your account for your next purchase, or refunded via your original payment method.  Paddles and racquets can be exchanged for another within 15 days if undamaged and replaced with another paddle or racquet. The full price of the original paddle, less $25, will be credited to the next purchase.  A returned piece of equipment, if broken, will be inspected for abuse, and if none is found, the item will be replaced immediately, or the full cost of the item will be refunded.
